Elastic Gum Paint is an ultra-elastic, high-adhesion WATER-BASED polyurethane paint. Use it to touch up or repaint damaged, aged or discoloured surfaces such as inflatable boats, fenders, upholstery, leather/faux leather, and any surface made of PVC, Hypalon, neoprene and ELASTIC SURFACES.
HOW TO USE: After thoroughly cleaning the area to be treated - with ‘New Magic’ for hypalon neoprene/PVC inflatable boats; with ‘Forza 100’ for sky/synthetic leather cushions, fenders, etc.; with neutral soap for genuine leather - sand with 280/320 grit sandpaper, remove sanding residue and then proceed to paint with light, criss-cross strokes. Wait at least 10/15 minutes between coats of paint. Complete drying takes place after 6/12 hours, dust-free after 5 minutes (approximate time depending on humidity and temperature). No undercoat or primer is required. Working temperature: from +15 °C to max 40 °C.
