Conditions of Sale

Pursuant to Article 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer shall send a communication to that effect by e-mail within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be addressed to: info@nauticailliano.it.

The right of withdrawal may be applied to the consumer customer, whether a natural person purchasing the goods or a company. For purchases with a VAT number, the return must be accompanied by a transport document.

The goods must then be returned at the customer's expense within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods. nauticailliano.it will refund the full amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods by bank transfer or paypal reimbursement within 7 days of receipt of the undamaged goods.

You can request an invoice during the purchase process, you cannot request it later

N.B. We do not accept returns of goods cut to order: rubber hoses, stainless steel hoses, carpets, ropes etc.. We do not accept returns of electrical/electronic equipment
