The Boss Marine MR632UAB is a solid-state marine stereo, meaning it has no mechanical parts that are subject to greater wear and tear in the marine environment. Therefore, it is not suitable for those who prefer to listen to old CDs/DVDs, but is instead ideal for those who are used to streaming from the Internet using their smartphone.
In fact, the Boss Marine MR632UAB integrates Bluetooth connectivity with A2DP protocol to ensure excellent streaming from services such as Spotify, Pandora, Rhapsody, Google Music, Apple Music, MySpace, etc. It also integrates a speakerphone to effectively answer any phone calls, even while listening.
If you have older players, you can connect them via USB or AUX with front sockets.
The Boss Marine MR632UAB has a power output of 50W (peak) on 4 channels and, in addition to offering the classic balance/fader/bass/treble controls, it also integrates a set of preset equalisation settings for various music genres.
Also available in the MCK632WB.6 package version, which includes the MR632UAB, a pair of MR6W speakers and an MRANT10 FM antenna, so with this kit you will have everything you need for a complete system, although the configuration is intended to be “minimal”.
