Domus is a neutral silicone sealant with a low modulus of elasticity, resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents, ideal for use on façades, roofs, in nautical interiors, in door and window frames and in tinwork. The presence of an anti-microbial and anti-algae agent in the formulation makes it suitable for use in sanitary environments: the product resists boiling water and washing with chemically aggressive detergents, thus contributing to surface hygiene. Thanks to its neutral cross-linking, it does not develop unpleasant odours during application, does not release acid or basic substances that can corrode metal substrates and does not affect paints. It has excellent adhesion on both porous (masonry, concrete, plaster, wood) and non-porous substrates (metal, plastic, glass, enamelled and porcelain surfaces) - High UV resistance - Ideal for outdoor and indoor use - Elastic elongation over 25% from -50 °C to +150 °C
