Trudesign swan neck siphon - Vented circuits are mainly used in outboard toilet applications, toilet inlet applications and black water tanks for marine applications. They can also be used in generator sets or small engine cooling water systems. The simple one-way vent valve at the top of the vented circuit allows air to enter the line when not in use, thus preventing siphoning, yet seals when water or waste passes through the continuous cycle. The duckbill one-way valve is designed to seal even when particles are present in the fluid. The vented rings are moulded from a glass-reinforced nylon composite. High strength, high modulus glass fibres impregnated in the nylon provide strength, rigidity, toughness and stability.
